    3. Market Evaluation:

    -Conduct market research for raw materials, bought-out items, electrical components, and fabrication elements.

    -Benchmark vendor and subcontractor pricing to maintain competitive and realistic cost structures.

    -Maintain updated cost databases for materials, consumables, and standard equipment.

    4. Process & Manufacturing Cost Assessment:

    -Evaluate costs associated with powder coating, painting, fabrication, machining, welding, surface treatment, and other manufacturing processes.

    -Calculate man-hours, machine operating costs, overheads, tooling costs, and quality cost implications.

    -Validate internal and subcontracting cost sheets and negotiate cost benchmarks where required.

    5. Installation Costing & Budgeting:

    -Estimate site installation costs including manpower, consumables, logistics, tools, and safety requirements.

    -Prepare project cost budgets, installation schedules, and feasibility cost reports.

    -Support project planning teams with installation cost inputs and budgetary estimations.

    6. Cost Control & Optimization:

    -Recommend cost reduction methods through design optimization, material substitution, and process improvements.

    -Support procurement in vendor evaluations and negotiations from a cost analysis perspective.

    -Provide costing support during technical and commercial bidding

    7. Documentation & Reporting:

    -Prepare costing sheets, price models, budgetary reports, and process cost summaries.

    -Present comparison of estimated vs. actual costs and identify cost variances.

    Interview: First Telephonic

    Position Summary:

    -Thorough knowledge of Stores Operations.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    -Receive incoming material and prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN).

    -Check project plan and issue material to respective lines.

    -Receive material requisition for consumables, tools, and other indirect materials through ERP arrange issuance and posting in ERP.

    -Prepare project-wise shortage lists and coordinate with Purchase for material receipts.

    - Post all issues and ensure proper documentation with reference to work indent.

    -Raise Purchase Requisition Note (PRN) for consumables and other indirect material parts.

    -Prepare packing list and facilitate loading of finished goods.

    -Work on ERP for job work documents and other store transactions.

    -Conduct cycle count and reconcile material receipts and issues.

    -Carry out wall-to-wall inventory as per schedule and arrange posting in ERP.

    -Monitor parts and storage locations as defined in PFEP.

    -Arrange storage areas for new parts.

    -Prepare monthly MIS reports and support disposal actions.

    - Attend morning meetings and update material positions.

    - Coordinate and prepare outward challans for materials being sent for processing.

    -Reconcile scrap to be returned back project-wise and ensure receipts in the system.

    -Maintain 5S and ensure proper disposal of scrap as per defined procedures.

    Skills & Competencies:

    -Strong knowledge of Stores Operations: including GRN, issuing material, posting transactions, and maintaining documentation.

    -ERP System Proficiency: Ability to perform posting, job work transactions, inventory updates, PRN creation, and material reconciliation in ERP.

    -Material Handling Knowledge: Understanding of consumables, tools, indirect materials, storage methods, and PFEP-defined locations.

    -Inventory Management Skills: Cycle counting, wall-to-wall inventory execution, reconciliation of receipts & issues.
